Your keyboard doing its own thing, huh?
As I understand, you left your wife and moved out of an apartment you and your wife were renting from someone. You left your clothes and now want them.
Have you politely asked your wife if you may pick up your stuff? If she has refused, ask the police to help you. If they won't, file for divorce or separation, and ask the judge.

If she doesn't have a restraining order against you, then you contact her about a time to get them in the nicest way you can. She cannot legally deny you that right. If she changes the locks, call the police, and they will wait a few minutes for you to gather your clothes.
Please try to write coherently. Your last few words don't make sense.

I agree, nicely ask her, and tell her a friend can be there while you get them. Or she can box them and you will pick them up.
Next, see if the local police will just go with you, to allow you to get your things.
If those do not work, you will have to file for divorce and ask in settlement that all of your property be returned
