If I tried conceiving the whole week after my period. Do I really have to wait to take a pregnant. Test till my missed period or like some say 5 days before your missed period, or can I do it sooner then that? Will my results not be true?

Information on the following sites may be of use to you. I hope that it is.

I can't really add any more. However you likely are not pregnant. Ovulation does not occur for 12 - 14 days after your period if you run a 28 day cycle.
You should wait until you miss your period as the test results are more accurate. It takes time to build up the pregnancy hormone Hcg. And usually there is not enough prior to missing your period to show a positive Hcg.
Also, when taking a HPT, be sure to use first morning urine no matter what the instructions on the box say as this is when the concentration of Hcg is at it's highest.
