Hi, This problem has been stressed me out. I really need someone to talk to. My LMP 28th June. I had lighter period compared to usual cycles. Cycles period is around 32/34 For the last 3 months.

Case 1 --
I was drunk and stupid enough and really regretted to have sex with My ex boyfriend on the night of July 3rd ( 1day after my period stopped) We didn't have protection. We had intercourse about 2 minutes. He pulled out and no ejaculation. We stopped because the vaginal was very dry and very little painful.

Case 2 --
I had sex with My current Bf on 12th July ard 3pm He ejaculated inside me and he didn't pulled out immediately after ejaculated. After shower I felt that has some liquid came out from my vaginal, I went to check and I saw some watery and transparency mucus. I had postinor 2 ard 8pm+ and took dinner immediately. And I missed the 12 hours time and delayed taking the second tablets after 18 hours. Is it possible to get pregnant after taking Postinor 2? Btw, I have got a 3x4cm fibroid. Does it affect the effectiveness of postinor 2?

I missed my period in July. And I have the pregnancy kit test shows positive and faint line on 11th August. I went to see OB #A on 12th Aug. The ultrasound shows that has TWIN Ges. Sac is 5 weeks 5 days , but only 1 can see the Yolk sac and another 1 is still empty and with no heartbeat. I had Transvaginal ultrasound on 20th August show 2 Yolk sacs 6weeks 6 days with heartbeats. OB#A gave me the dute date on 9th April 2015. He said the pregnancy is from the sex on 12th July.

Again Ultrasound on
- OB#B - 10th Sept 2014 - 2D ultrasound Twin A 10w3d , B 10w1d
- OB#C - 22nd Sept 2014 - 4D ultrasound Cordont DCDA 11w+ closed to 12w (OB#2 gave EDD 6th April 2015)
- OB#B - 24th Sept 2014 - 2D ultrasound Twin A 12w3d , B 12w2d
- OB#B - 21st Oct 2014 2D ultrasound . Twin A BDP 3.62cm, B 3.44cm (OB#3 gave me Due date based on LMP is 3rd April 2015)

EDD which is more accurate? LMP or Ultrasound?

I had a very unusual cramping at my lower abdomen on 22nd July. The feeling is more like constipation, very uncomfortable, breathless and cold sweating less than an hour. And I had some thick & brownish spotting & tingling breast on 27th & 30th July very early morning. Could it be implantation bleeding?

I'm worried and I need to know the accuracy of these were and what are the chances of the baby belonging to my current BF . As his brother has a franternal twin in family. Does it heredity from my boyfriend? Please help me with these. Thank you.

It is unfortunate, but you will not know the paternity of these twins until they are born and a paternity test is done. Ultrasounds and gestational dating are not and exact science and have a margin of error. DNA, on the other hand, is scientific and will leave no room for doubt. It is important that your boyfriend know that he may not be the father of these twins.

Did you know that it's even possible for each both men to be the father(s)? What I am saying is that you may have ovulated from one ovary and that egg fertilized by one partner, then later ovulated from the other ovary and that egg fertilized by the other partner. What I am saying here may sound far fetched, but is entirely possible and has happened on multiple occasions.

I would guess that it is from the July 12th date simply because that is closer to the time of ovulation in a normal menstrual cycle however, it is possible to get pregnant during or right after your period so it really could be either.

@J_9- I actually worked with a woman who had a twin brother from a different father. It's crazy but yes, it does happen!

Heredity comes from both parents. However, twins from the father is meaningless since it is the mother that produces the egg or eggs. A man may pass a gene to his daughter and she could later carry twins but there is nothing in a man that could cause a woman to drop two eggs and have fraternal twins. Stories abound of "super sperm that splits the egg" Not scientifically supported.
