My doctor give me 5 days antibiotic . After 5 days my urine infection does not goes away. At that time dr do urine culture. But it came negative. Is there any affect on urine culture report because it done after taking antibiotic?

It showed negative, so antibiotics worked. So what is the problem? Ask your doctor these questions, not us.

Strip test is positive. But culture is negative.I have still frequent urination and low back pain and abdominsl pain.

Could be that they didn't isolate the bacteria and it is an antibiotic resistant strain. This is a go back, try again until it gets figured out.
