Hi in my house I have an ongoing issue with my power half of my circuits have 80 volts and the other half have 181 volts I checked online and everybody says that it sounds like a main neutral problem I had the power company over and they respliced all three wires(2 hots and neutral)at the house and street with no effect they then changed the entire wire with no effect what else could be causing this thanks cambayman

You need a good electrician to carefully track this problem and
prove where the break or loose connection is...
but just for fun, If you turn off everything in your breaker panel, what is the incoming utility voltage? Line to line, and each line to neutral? The answer to this will tell allot...

You need to hire a competent electrician to track down the problem. This is NOT a diy fix.
