Pregnancy will be possible because you had sex. Soon before a period is not the most common time to become pregnant, but if you ovulated later than the norm, it's possible. See what happens when you would expect your next period and test if need be.

Not sure about the feeling lazy and spitting, but of course since you had sex you could be pregnant, at this point, best to just wait till next month and see if you miss that period. If you do, try a pregnancy test, first thing in the morning.
My personal guess, and only a guess, since you had your period, you are not. But it is possible.

If you had sex you could be pregnant, it is not as likely, since you had a period, but it is possible. There are 100's of reasons for feeling what you do. At this point you have to wait and see if you get your next period or not.

Yes, it's possible. Keep in mind that sperm may live for a few days in the days prior to ovulation, so if you ovulate within a few days after having sex, pregnancy will be a possibility.

If you are able to have sex every couple of days throughout your cycle, you should be fine with the timing. There is more to it than just timing, however. Most couples will become pregnant within a year of actively trying, but many will take a bit longer than that. So try not to get too discouraged if it doesn't happen quickly. It might happen after only a short time, but having it take many months can be perfectly normal.
You might want to start with a visit to your doctor to discuss your general health and to go over various ways for determining when you are most likely to ovulate. Temping and charting (basal body temperature), using ovulation predictor tests, and watching for changes in cervical mucus are the most common ways to do this on your own.
Since you are trying to become pregnant, it would be a good idea to start taking a prenatal vitamin or a good multivitamin with at least 400 mcg of folic acid in it, and for you and your partner to make any other changes that you know would be healthy... eating well, avoid smoking, etc.
