Professional carpenter here looking to submit a first time bid on post construction clean up on a 75000 sqft apartment building.
So if I get this right, from the other posts I’m reading the cost would be 30 cents per sq. deep clean and an additional 12 cents for a move in ready which all includes wall dusting vacuuming, bath toilet tub fixtures, kitchen surfaces mopping, and $2.50 per side (Inside only) scraped mopped and squeegeed per window and $5 per slider

Rough estimate at 75000 sq. ft. at 30 cents is $22,500 plus windows deep only..? Is that appropriate?

Is it safe to assume that each employee can do 130 sq. ft. per hour?

Aside from a loaded window cleaners tool belt, how much should I plan to invest into cleaning supplies rags mops and tools for 8 employees...

Are there better rags, mops etc. that work better on drywall dust without streaking like microfiber or something?

What kind of vacuum... backpack or basic upright

Any added comments or advice/tips greatly appreciated in advance...

Thank you
Steven
