My history I was a regular user of meth I quit back in December 4 2013 and was sober up until a month and a half ago , made a bad choice and snorted a small line of dope, only that one time. I have a hair follicle test for my job in 2-3 weeks so that will put me clean a little over 2 months. Since I only used that one time after being clean 7 months is it possible to pass this test ?

Will depend on what they are testing for. What the limits and guidelines for pass and fail. Depends on the strength of the coke, (how cut it was), how small a line.

A hair drug test is meant to show consistent use over time. A 1.5 inch sample, cut at the scalp line, will go back 90 days. If they use head hair I would say you should be negative. If they use body hair you might be in trouble as body hair has a different growing cycle and can show a history between 9-12 months.
