I've purchased a home where the furnace was to be replaced NEW with a Goodman Furnace. We've been given the model # GMPE 100 S4A from the seller. Anyone know if this is an actual Goodman Model - the colour is beige, not black.

Looks like a good numbrer to me. 100,000 BTU with a 4 ton drive.
