I am currently in a manger position at a Wellsfargo bank and I was fined with a summary offense- trespassing I did not go to court and there was no guilty plead it was like a ticket the officer gave me now I am applying for a higher management position that runs a background check I got worried so I tried to get it exspunged but when I ran my criminal background check it said I have no offenses but when I called a local district court office it shows up under non traffic summary offense now can that affect my current roll and get me fired? Since they are running a new background check

If you read the fine print on the ticket, I think that you will find that paying the fine constitutes a guilty plea. So yes, it can affect your role (job), and possibly get you fired.

It is not clear, did you pay the ticket or not? If you did this it is probably considered a misdemeanor. Whether it affects your job or not depends on Wells Fargo's employment policies. If you did not tell your job about it in your application, that would have a bad influence.

If you paid the ticket, you plead guilty, That is how tickets work.

You had the right to appear in court and fight this, but chose not to.

It is not just a ticket. A ticket is a court summons, which often gives you the choice of non appearing but pleading guility and playing a fine.

Yes, they can find it, depending on what type of background search.

Yes not only can it effect a promotion, but could effect your current job also.
