I've tried SSF homepage,I've searched the web for movies shot in SSF.and posed this question in every way I knew how,on every relevant site I could find.I saw this movie on cable TV in 2012.The movie is a story about some friends and their lives in SSF.I grew up in SSF, and was floored when I happened across it.I think it may have been filmed in black and white(?) and I know for sure it has "South San Francisco" in the tittle. Thank you for any help!
