I have a Southern Patio umbrella. My problem is that it doesn't close properly. When it was working, the umbrella closed fully & would line up w/the pole perfectly making it one single pole. Now when cranking it closed it reaches a point where it will reverse course on its own & start to open. Do I have to break the rope & restring it?
