I just had tile put in around my toilet (not under the toilet like normal) and haven't grouted or sealed it yet. The toilet overflowed this morning with just water and got on the and I'm sure under the tile. I was able to get towels to soak up the water pretty fast but water definitely got under the tile. Should I grout and seal the tiles now to try and save them in case the toilet overflows again or wait to make sure there wasn't any damage done to the existing tiles before grouting? How can I tell if the tiles are OK or if they should be removed?

Let it dry a couple of days. Do not grout now. Why did the toilet overflow?
