The best results is to have sex every 2-3 days during your ENTIRE cycle. It is generally accepted that most women ovulate two weeks after the beginning of their period, but this is often not the case. There are women to ovulate at the beginning or nearer the end of their cycles or randomly throughout their cycle. The only way to accurately know is to track your basal temperature. Google this for more information.

That being said, have sex every 2-3 days ensures that there's an ample supply of sperm to fertilize the egg and that the man puts out the maximum amount of sperm possible. You can have sex daily, but that will descrease the man's sperm supply.

I hope you have a fun time trying to get pregnant! Have fun with it, that is the most important part.

Daily or every other day around the time you believe that you will be ovulating can be helpful. It is wise to actually start in the several days leading up to suspected ovulation and for a few days after in case you ovulate a bit sooner or a bit later than expected. As was said, every 2 -3 days throughout your cycle, with a few more sessions around the time you expect ovulation, covers the timing in case your ovulation does not follow the norm. You may actually miss the window of opportunity if you focus just on when you suspect your ovulation to be.

Keep in mind that timing is only part of it, however, and it may still take many months before achieving pregnancy.

First you need to be sure, the exact time of ovulation. Online charts may get you close, but they are incorrect for some women. So medical testing, though basal temp or other methods is considered the best.

Once you determine, the actual ovulation dates and track them. You can predect better when they will happen.

You should start having sex a few days before ovulation is suppose to happen. *it takes sperm time, to reach the egg.

Remember, even a healthy couple, may take 12 to 18 months for pregnancy to happen. So it often will not happen right away
