The movie is old 80s or 90s. It's about a guy who as a child had an car accident. With his family(he, brother, father and mother) drove the car somewhere, and his brother argued with some hook/rod for fishing and fighting, so the hook went in the eye of a father who was driving, so they drive out of the road, crash the car and rollover. One brother somehow got out of the car and the other one begged him for help, but for some reason he didn’t helped him and fled.
And now, after many years, his brother returns to kill him. Meanwhile, one of them is in a relationship with this girl, who has some special vision power. She saw vision, with a blue background, the figure of a man that throughout the film only grows clearer. And now the question is which of the brothers is the man of her vision. The other brother will be in prison for some reason, alone in a cell, in a small town, guarded by a sheriff. The other brother will go there to "visit" him but in fact he wants to kill him. The sheriff was really old so it was easy for the brother to unlock the cell, put gloves, whips out a gun with silencer and shoot his brother.
And there will be some epic fight during the movie, also the girl visions will show at the end that the other brother is the bad one.
