Old movie late 80s or early 90s. It's about this guy who comes back to his small home town to revenge his parents death. There was a scene when they were killed(he was a kid then and he was hiding in the closet) and he saw the faces of the murderers. And now all grown up he kills them one by one. But before he kill that last one, he falls in love in his daughter(she was a blonde). But eventually he kills her father at the end. I think the actor was dressed in black, also his hair was black.
