Now, in place of the popped pimple, there is a small hole or a tear and I can see what looks like, white pus inside. I'm a virgin. It does not hurt but it looks scary. Will it heal? What should I do?

It probably was a pimple. If it doesn't go away in a week or two, see a doctor.

If you're a virgin it's likely just a pimple. The only issue is if you popped it yourself, then you have to worry about infection.
