Yeah, the rest of you guys ;-), that I'm pretty sure that these few books that I'm after now haven't been asked about here as of yet, but that I'm still going to ask about them anyway. Now, that these few books that I'm after that came from both my childhood in elementary school back in the '80s and my teenager times in high school back in the '90s, but that still here they all are, in chronological order:

01. "that the first one that I remember it was a children's book and that its storyline had to do with a boy making a flying machine out of an old fashioned umbrella and one of those little stand up oscillating fans and its incredibly long power cord and that he wants to take it on a trip around the world or something like that, and that at first his Mom is against him doing that but eventually she allows him to do so, that he goes for it like out his bedroom window or something like that, that he goes for it checking out the sights along the way until that the cord pulls tight over the ocean or somewhere like that, that he realizes that that's the end of his journey, that he heads back, that he notes about his journey after that, and that's it."

02. "that the next one that I remember it had something to do with cinnamon in it or in its title, even though that its storyline had to do with a boy supposed to be home from school sick in bed, but that he goes on a little "road trip" by himself instead, that he meets this other guy on the way, that they both become friends after that, that the boy gets home after that, and that's about it."

03. "that correct me if I'm wrong about this one being The Cay - that it was about a white boy and a black guy on an island together, that the boy goes blind from something, that the guy saves the boy's life but loses his, that the boy buries the guy there, that the boy eventually gets saved from there but that he eventually goes back there after him getting his eyesight back, that he doesn't really recognize the place with his eyes open, that he closes his eyes and he at last remembers that whole place better, and that's it."

04. "that correct me if I'm wrong about this one being Snowbound (and maybe not anything about the movie by the same title :-\) - that it was about a teenage boy and a teenage girl getting into his Dad's pickup truck and then going into the snow bound area and them getting stuck there, that there's one point where that he indicates that he's old fashioned like his Dad, since that he scolds her big time for doing something ridiculous, that there's another point like that where he does something nice for her after that and she thanks him by her kissing him on his cheek and he is that's gross or bad about that, that they eventually get saved from there, and that she writes him a letter saying that she thanks him for everything and that she's now a part of his family like a new sister for/to him, like his other real sisters (yeah, just like in the ending of "Lady & The Tramp 2: Scamp's Adventure" and with the Chipettes in the recent "Alvin & The Chipmunks" sequel movies), and that's it."

05. "that this one was about a teenager guy and girl couple and she has a great ventriloquist ability of her throwing her voice elsewhere, that they have a funny little scene at school with him meeting her and her girlfriends and the conversation goes like this: him, "You know, that there's a rumor going around about a werewolf going around at night and killing virgins." and her, "Oh don't worry; that a few of us are going to get together later and have an orgy.", and that there's another little funny scene between just the two of them, along with their dog at a hotel or motel along the road somewhere, because that they all went on a trip or after a mystery or something like that, that she gets the first bed and the dog got the second bed and the first half of this scene went like this: him, "Hey, that dog of ours got my bed.", her, "Well, that you'll need to talk to the dog about it.", then she gets the dog to say to him, "Oh, that you'll have to get the floor now instead mister, I'm getting your bed now.", then him, "Hey, did you just hear what that dog of ours said to me?", and then the second half of this scene was with her in the shower and him trying to get in with her, and the conversation goes like this: him, "Hey, that I'd like to get my shower in as well, you know." her, "Well, that I guess that you'll have to wait on that.", that he steps in with her even with his clothes on, and that she then says something like, "On second thought, that there's something to be said about showering with your clothes on.", that they both have a little laugh about that as well, and that's it."

06. "that this one was I guess about the main guy finding out about a mystery with this one nearby creepy house, of a little black boy who was killed there, the old blood stain there apparently from the kid, and another guy that had to do with it, and some sort of time loop that has to do with the kid's death, that as the main guy and the ghost of the boy become great friends and the main guy tries to help the boy to figure out what had happened to him, that the main guy tries to get the lady from information to get more info on this other guy, and that it's later revealed from the other guy (spoilers) that the main guy is somehow destined to be the one who shoots the little boy for this time loop about the kid, but that the main guy won't do it and to save both the boy and himself, that he shoots the other guy instead thus ending the time loop and freeing the boy and alive for the kid as well I think, and that the main guy then gets the phone call back from the lady at information, and she tells him about the other guy, "I'm sorry, but that there's no information here about anyone by that name.", and that's it."

Huh, friends :-]?; and that I'll let you guys know here if that I come up with any more of them, huh. >Danny<

You are correct for #3 it is The Cay - but I don't believe he goes back to where he was stranded... (I don't think)

It sounds like you are correct for #4 being Snowbound, I have not read it myself, so I can't verify if all you remember is correct.
Snow Bound: Harry Mazer: 9780440961345: Amazon.com: Books (http://www.amazon.com/Snow-Bound-Harry-Mazer/dp/0440961343)

(Why did you not just look up The Cay and Snowbound to see if you were right? Just curious... )

Dax - maybe # 2 is a book called Chocolate Fever? It's about a boy who loves chocolate and gets chocolate fever. He is sent from school to the doctor, he runs away from the doctor, then has some adventures and eventually meets up with an older gentleman, they have more adventures, then at the end of the book he is introduced to the spice cinnamon and falls in love with its taste...
