Grohe bathroom water supply hose leaks and I can't remove it! Is it permanently attached to the faucet?

If so, can I splice another hose into the leaking hose?

Is it a skinny, stainless steel braided, flexible water supply line that attaches to the bottom of the faucet ?

If so, than they should unscrew. They seal with "O" against the body of the faucet. They screw in by hand. Looks like the "O" ring has hardened and prevents easy removal. Also, it is kind of hard to reach in and unscrew it as you have to grab it as close to the body of the faucet as possible and there is no room for tools. Be patient. Try again. See if you can use a small channel lock to break the grip. Once you turn it 1/4 turn, it will go easy.
