Here''s a picture of the leak (https://emailmg.netfirms.com/ajax/mail?action=attachment&session=6dd2d1808b264851a7fb0ea2084dcc0c&folder=default0%2FINBOX.Sent%20Items&id=91&attachment=3&save=0&filter=1) - the coupler is what's leaking - obviously it was repaired (for a third time) by tightening the coupler - but is this a good solution?
How should this be repaired?
