I have to take an EtG test in 22 hours after three glasses of wine, no more than 24 oz's.

Do I have any chance of passing?

What do you stand to lose when you fail?

Chances are slim you will pass after only 22 hours

Doubt it. Be smarter when on probation.

I doubt you can pass and if not you will have to pay the consequences of your actions, and I highly suggest you don't add to the problem by trying to hide what you have done, or fool an experienced drug tester with really dumb tactics to evade testing dirty.

With that time frame and that amount of intake, if you don't fail it will be an absolute miracle. There isn't anything you can do to help you pass.

It's not a matter of can, it's a matter of will.

Studies have shown that most people will fail before the 60-80 hour cutoff. You're below that cutoff, so if we base our answer on that, you'll likely fail.

Having said that, I've seen people pass well below the cutoff, and I've seen people fail long after the top end of the cutoff.

In other words, we can tell you what the parameters are, but we can't tell you if you'll pass or fail. Only the results of the test will give you the answer you're looking for.

What do you stand to lose if you fail? If you fail, was it worth it?

Now I'm confused. Is it 22 hours, or 48?

Lying to us is lying to yourself. Do you want advice, or do you want a pat on the back telling you it will be okay? If it's the latter, then talk to your friends.

If it's the first, 22 hours, then you'll likely fail. Even at 48 hours it's not looking good. As per your other thread you're on probation. If you fail, your probation will be revoked and you'll go to prison for the remainder of your sentence.

It's called violating your probation. You don't get a second chance with it. Probation was your second chance.

Seems like the OP didn't like your answers guys, so he changed it up. Now it's 48 hours, not 22.

"Alcohol can be detected by an ETG test for up to five days, whereas a blood test can only find alcohol traces twelve hours after it was consumed."

I would be interested in where these numbers come from? ETG typically test between 60 - 80 hours (80 hours being 3.33 days) again, just average, not by any means an absolute. 5 days would be 120 hours. I have never seen any research to support that statement.

Additionally, blood tests can test much longer than 12 hours; weeks, actually if used regularly or in binge drinkers - although, I'm talking about PEth testing, again, not just standard BAC testing, but for the biomarkers present after drinking - more similar to ETG testing than a standard EtOh UA test.
