How would I go about finding them with no money and no names?

How old are you? Have you tried asking your parents about adoption records?

No money is bad enough, but you don't have names to go on. Almost impossible unless you do what J suggested.

Also consider , depending on the type of adoption... you might not find out anything about them. And even if it IS the type you might get something, there is always to possibility they won't want to talk with you.

No money. No names. It is not going to happen. You can start , if your parents are still alive, talking to them, and reviewing the adoption paper work they have.
