If not, pull off the bottom cover where the power comes in. You should have access to the wires coming from breaker that are attached with wire nuts to the dishwasher wires. Test these with a good meter between the black and white wires by pushing the leads into the underside of the wire nuts. You can usually hit the wires without removing the wire nuts. If you have power there then you have an open safety, like a door switch.
