Trying to get lean, achieve 6 pack abs, and live a healthy lifestyle...

A little bit about myself: Active through high school, wrestled at 171 lbs. After college, my weight spiked up to 225 lbs, mostly of fat. Now and then I periodically exercise, diet, and fall off the pattern, so my weight has altered, but has not gone under 200 lbs in five years. Last time I checked my BF% it was 16% but this is a little over a year ago...

My exercise routine now is swimming 30 minutes a day, and the following day sprinting 80 yds for ten reps. I currently wake up around 10am and do not eat, I just intermittent fast till around 4 or 5 pm usually, eat one meal like (lasagna dinner plate + sandwich + protein powder in water), then fast all the way to the next day.

I've been doing this for about a week and a half and I do notice my tummy has gone down, but is this something I should continue doing for months to see results? The ultimate goal is to get a shredded physique... but this lifestyle leaves me hungry, and drops the libido down low!

Let me know what's the best solution? I'm tired of looking flabby and having all of these stretch marks. Help!

You are slowing down your metabolism and making it WAY, WAY easier to put on weight (in the form of fat). As was mentioned.. you are going about it the absolute wrong way.
