Hi all ,the engine bogs down when under full acceleration, recently I have noticed it losing power ,could it be running to rich or maybe the secondary is not opening or working has me stumped

. Check for codes.
. Replace fuel filter, if it has not been changed in 50,000 km.
. Replace spark plugs, if they have not been changed in 3 years or 70,000 km.
. Replace rotor, distributor cap, and spark plug wires, if they have not been changed in 100,000 km.
. Replace Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil, if they have not been changed in 200,000 km or 10 years and the problem persists.

I assume your Holden Apollo is from the mid-1990s.
