My worcester bosch combi condensing boiler is creating condensation on the inside of the case and the water is running down onto the dials and dripping onto the floor.
Can anyone help with the potential problem?

First, open the front cover of the heater and see where is the water coming from.
Usually, condensation line terminates on the bottom of the exterior of the heater. There should be a line attached to it and that line / or pipe / should lead condensation away from the heater. Depending on installation, this line can terminate in a pre-trap drain or just allowed to drip into landscaping. Also, make sure this line is not kinked or obstructed. There should be water continuously dripping from the end of this line when heater in use.
However, it may also by that one of the interior heater components is leaking. If that's the case, you will have to call factory authorized service person to repair the leak. Call Bosh service and ask them to recommend somebody in your area.
I assume you are in the US. Here is contact info:
Customer Service Support for Bosch Tankless Water Heaters and Solar Heating Products | AquaStar Supp (http://www.bosch-climate.us/support-center/customer-service-support/)
These heaters have long warranty. Chances are, it still may be under warranty. So the repair could be free of charge. Have model and serial numbers ready before you call.
Hope that helps
