So what I'm doing in college is four different types of fitness classes so I can get back into shape, 1 is cross fit 2 is weight training 3 is fitness and wellness (over all a mix of cardio and weight weight training) and power lifting.

Now this is all starting soon and I don't know what to do after the semester because after that semester is over ill be looking for a job and I may be having a kid soon, so I just need to know how to or if there is a way I can keep the bulk ill have maintained so I don't chance losing it.

What I have thought of was just doing push ups, squats, sit-ups, planking and jogging to keep it maintained.

(sorry if my spelling was off )

Muscle comes and goes with physical activity. If you cease the physical activity than the muscle that was gained for that activity will go away. To put it short your body will keep that amount of muscle that is required of it. If you want to keep the bulk than you will need to continue the same, if not a slightly lesser, fitness program.

There isn't any magic pill or save button that will keep your body the way it is. Trust me I would have loved that.
