My trane furnace will light up and on board calls for normal heat I hear clicking for the motor to start but it won't it also will not start from on switch on thermo stat I put a new motor in and capacitator and it does same thing , is this a circuit board problem ?

Well I took apart the motherboard from mounting pan and it was arced out in back so its going now after changing it. No need to respond.
