How can I get my daughter's boyfriend to leave my house after living here for 3-12 years.

Living there that long he is a resident and entitled to the rights of a tenant. You need to go through the legal eviction process for your area.

Agree, you evict him though the legal process.
Is he still the boyfriend? Is daughter agreement to get him out?
