OK today at 9:00am after a long night of toddlers being sick the police came banging on my door by the time my husband got there they had a thing to break our door down. They were here claiming probation search but no ones on probation that lives with us. They claimed my brother lived with me but he lives with my mom! I'm confused I personally feel that were being harassed because my husband beat a case he was charged with a month ago. They tore up my house scared my kids refused me to use restroom or record the incident. They even searched my room and our locked storage unit is that even legal??

It appears your brother, put your address down on the official forms. This is an issue you need to discuss with your brother.
If your brother did use your address, and never informed them, that is your brothers issue.
If your brother did not list you at all, then you can hire an attorney and sue the city for illegal search.

... police came banging on my door by the time my husband got there they had a thing to break our door down ...
Was your husband not in the residence when the police arrived?
Did the police identify themselves? If so, did you respond to their banging on the door while you were waiting for him to get there?
Upon the limited information you have given, it looks like the following scenario is possible:
1. police are looking for your brother, who gave your address as his residence.
2. Police knock (or bang) on door, but get no response.
3. Police break down the door.
If that is the case, their breaking the door down may be reasonable.

Its legal and reasonable if your brother used your address without your knowledge. That's the first thing you need to know.
