I need a company that is an official registrar for international domains, does anybody one from Romania? My targeted costumers come from here and a hosting and registrar would be better if they are from the same country. Thank you in advance!

Why would it make any difference where it was registered at? Very, very few people ever check to see where websites they visit are registered. It can be operated anywhere you want on the planet you chose to host it at.
