My husband just found out that his 16 year old daughter is living with a 47 year old man that she has been secretly dating. Unfortunately in PA her deciding to have sex with him is legal because she is 16. My husband pays child support and has joint custody even though we only see her when her schedule is not "busy" but lives full time with her mom. Now numerous people in the town are contacting us telling us that she is living with this boyfriend that is older than her dad! Is there legally anything we can do?

Little tricky since the age of emancipation is 18. However, if the child has moved out and is living with this man full time, the parent should file to have support dropped and let the court decide.

It's not even the matter of support!! As her dad he doesn't want her in this situation. Is there anything we can do to get her out of that house given her age?

Yes. You report him to the authorities. Call DHS and let them know about this "living" situation.

Where is her mother in all of this?

Will these people, who are reporting this, testify in court ?

He can also file for a change in custody, to require child to live with you.
Using this to show mother not properly caring for child.

Age of consent is technically 16 in Pennsylvania BUT under age 18, he can still be charged with corruption of a minor in PA. You might want to contact someone about this. No matter, to me, the guy is a f'ing pig to be that age and be with a 16 year old girl. There is nothing at all that they could have in common other than him using her for sex. Go after him for corruption of a minor.

The question of what the mother is doing is pertinent. While it may be legal for her to consent to sex, as a minor she is still under her parent's control. The father may be able to get a restraining order for this pig to stay away from the daughter. Your husband should consult a local attorney and the local district attorney's office about what he can do to break this up.
