I've been using pills and stopped last July . I had my period on July 16 and did not take pills anymore.. my period for this month(august) is still not coming up yet instead there's a thick vaginal discharge coming out.. is there a chance that I might be pregnant and when will urine pregnancy test can be positive?

It is much more likely that you body is merely adjusting to not taking the pills.
But of course pregnant is possible. It is even possible while on the pill,
You will need to wait till you are about 2 week late, to start testing.

Good luck, remember to test first thing in the morning, with first urine of the day.
Some women will get pregnant, first month starting, others can often take a year or more.
Are you going to start tracking your ovulation though testing, to properly time intercourse?

Just to add... if you are now trying to become pregnant, it would be a good idea to start taking a prenatal or multivitamin with at least 400 mg of folic acid while trying to conceive. Having adequate amount of folic acid can help prevent some birth defects that occur very early in a pregnancy.
Good luck!
