Am I pregnant? I had sex during my fertile period. I haven't gotten my period since the 13th of August. My nipples are sensitive and hurt. I've been urinating more often. My lower abdomen is tighter right above my pubic bone. I'm bloated. Constipated. Dizzy. Tired. Nauseous, but haven't thrown up. And I've been getting headaches that don't last long but the pain is pretty bad and I never get headaches. And I've been getting more acne. I got a negative test that I took this morning, but it was after I had eaten and had gone to the restroom twice. I also drank at least 2 cups of water before I took the test. Am I pregnant?

Wait at least another week before you test again and use your first morning urine. It is more concentrated and if there is a pregnancy it is more likely to show up then.

As for your symptoms, you could have food poisioning, or your period might be coming, or the weather is changing so you have more acne. The best and truest sign of pregnancy is a missed period. The rest have multiple explanations and can't be attribute fully to pregnancy.

Preferably you would test with first morning urine. If you test later in the day, it is best to avoid fluid intake for a few hours prior to using the test. Too much fluid can dilute the urine. This is why it is easier to test when you first wake up.

Try another test, or you could see your doctor for a test there.

YOu do realize its only the 19 of August and that makes you less than a week late (specifically 6 days late). Which is still too soon to test. And most of those other things? There isn't a woman alive who doesn't get sore boobs around her period. Allof the rest can be attributed to many other things.

Wait another week and test again right after you wake up... and don't drink any water before you take it.
