My ac condenser runs but no air is blowing from the vents.

Possible bad air handler motor or bad start capacitor on the motor. Ice on any condenser line?

Can you hear the air handler fan running?

Nope.

Well there's your problem. Bad capacitor or motor would be a start. Go for capacitor first, $10 or so.
