Idk if this is the right place for advice but oh well.. My girlfriend had batteled depression for a long time... Recently she cut a lot more than I have seen her. She said she wrote a suicide note for me... She says she won't do it it now but I don't know.. There's not much I can do Ik I can't just cure depression with a snap of my fingers lol I wish I could. I'm still afraid she's going to do something wrong... What can I do? Do I point her to therapy?she said she didn't do it because she wouldent want to leave me but.. Just what can I do to try to help at all or prevent this from happening..

The friendship between you and her is holding her together at this point but she needs more. Steer her towards therapy and medication.
