In Once Upon a Time in Mexico, JD's character is wearing a brown t-shirt with CIA in large font with expanded meaning beneath. The words beneath do not say Central Intelligence Agency... that much I do know. However, due to filming the exact words are hard to decipher. Does anyone know what the letters stand for on this shirt?

Just a guess - but the first organization to use the initials "CIA" was the Culinary Institute of America. They sell hats and other things with their own CIA logo.

Lol. That might work, but the last two words are 'inspection agency'. Posibilities abound...
