Ok, so I put in blonde highlights by 'L'Oreal preference glam highlights' and I don't know if it's permanent or semi permanent and I missed my roots so they are still light brownish/ dark blonde and I would like to make them less bright in a REALLY short amount of time. Anyone know how to? PLEASE HELP
