Hi attorney! Can you help me because I'm confused on my DS-260. On "Present and Previous Address". The NVC email me this:

-- The applicant incorrectly completed the "Present and Previous Address" section of the Application for Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration. The applicant must list all places he or she lived for at least six months since reaching 16 years of age. There can be no gaps greater than six months. --

Present Address
Started living there at May 2003.But we moved out in 2009 and April 2013 we live here again until now.

Previous Address
Started living there April 2009- April 2012 (I'm 16 years old in March 2011)

Another address, started living May 2012- April 2013

Can you help me with this? I already submit it. Then they email me that there is a incorrect answer. Thank you.
Additional informationI put on my DS-260:

Present Address
Started Living Here: MAY 2003

Previous Address
(1) Started Living Here: MAY 2012 - To Date - APR 2013
(2) Started Living Here: APR 2009 - To Date - APR 2012

I am trying to fill out the Previous Addresses section of DS-260 Online form and cannot seem to get past this section as I keep getting error message. What should I say if I update my form? Can you help me on this?

... cannot seem to get past this section as I keep getting error message ...

You need to call them and talk to them about the error messages.

It appears that you have not given your present address. And there also appears to be a discrepancy about where you were living previously.

"The applicant must list all places he or she lived for at least six months since reaching 16 years of age."

(I'm 16 years old in March 2011)
If you turned 16 in March of 2011, where you lived prior to your 16th birthday is immaterial.
