Legs cramps are common in pregnancy. What spray for pain are you using? Did your doctor recommend it? Some pain meds are fine in pregnancy, some are not recommended. Many women find that increasing calcium and magnesium in their diet helps. Best from foods... check with your doctor before taking any supplements. Occasional abdominal pain can be due to the stretching of ligaments, but it should be temporary. Do you notice it more when you change position... like first standing up? Some women never have morning sickness. I only had one day of feeling a little ill for one day with my last pregnancy. It is normal to worry or wonder if all is well. Let your doctor know of your concerns as they come up and they will let you know if there is a concern or not. Congratulations on your pregnancy!
