The endometrieum is the uterine lining. That wonderful thing that bleeds every month. When something isn't used, it starts to waste away, or atrophy. Basically saying that your mother is in menopause. Her monthly guest no longer visits. Cervicitis denotes inflammation of the cervix, as for the papillary cervicitis, it is hard to say what is causing it. That is a discussion your mother needs to have with Her doctor.
