When we flush our upstairs toilet our downstairs toilet water bubbles and water also spits up in our downstairs shower. We also get occasional sewer smell downstairs. Also, more recently our downstairs toilet is very slow flushing and sometimes does not completely flush. Then the bowl does not fill up properly.

What is going on?

Septic or city sewer, is there a clean out on the main drain in the basement?
