It'll do the job, but for how long is a different question.

If you're looking for good ideas, try looking at Alienware kit for top end gaming systems..

Look at what games you want to play and what they require. I would then make my system better than that as your games will make improvements and expansions which may require more ram, etc. Alienware is a good system I have it. Though I need to upgrade as it is quite a few years old.

I have one of these...a little cheaper than Alienware but mine has been a solid performer for over 1 1/2 years now.
