Hi I have just found out my nurse gave my daughter too much of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine, she gave one at 3 months and one at 4 months, instead of only 1 at 3 months, will this effect her

No.

Most vaccines are dead organisms so have more won't harm her. The vaccine is designed to provoke a small immune response so that the tools required to fight off the virus is at hand. Since the virus is DEAD and doesn't reproduce, the immune response is muted and you don't really notice it. Chances are her body will have worked through the initial vaccine before the second dose was given.

As always, keep an eye on your little one and if her behaviour drastically changes, take her to the doctor.
