OK to start I'm on probation and I started on Nov. 2nd 2013. They want me to pay 500.00 dollars a month but they said for the first 6 months I can do 100 dollars a month. I was able to work with that but then 4 to 5 months later I went to court before it went to 500.00 a month and they said for 6 months I can pay 200.00 a month. So a couple months go by and my car motor went and then my dad's truck motor went bad, so we're stuck with no car for about a week or so. Then my dad got a car so he can go to work and money and catch up on bills. Our house is under foreclosure in a month or so. My restitution is going up to 500.00 a month. What can I do, or say? PLEASE HELP ME ASAP. I GO TO COURT 9/11/14.

Talk to your lawyer...

Maybe the court will extend you the same terms as before. That's where I would try again, even though they have been very lenient before. It can't hurt to try. So far you have been on top of this so stay on it. If you have a lawyer maybe he can negotiate something with the courts and that's worth a try.

Beyond that a second job maybe worth looking into. I know finances are tight, but anything you can do to show you are willing and trying helps.
