Hello,

Im looking to start a limited company in the UK but one of my employees will be living in Egypt. What I would like to know is what taxes I have to pay/consider and how I would pay them? Also what other insurance do I need?

The company I will be running is a game hosting, web hosting company

Thanks

Setting up a Limited Company in the UK is relatively straightforward - look here for how to do it:

Information & Guidance - Starting a company (http://www.companieshouse.co.uk/infoAndGuide/companyRegistration.shtml)

And here:

HM Revenue & Customs: Starting a business (http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/startingup/index.htm)

Taxes concerning employees not based in the UK is not so straightforward. I'd advise that you speak directly with HMRC for advice on the specifics.
