I lived in the UK for 3 years before relocating to the US last year. I have unpaid credit card dues with a bank (over GBP 10000) and also dues with the bank I banked with (over GBP 4000).

Would they have issued an arrest warrant as they haven't been able to contact me?
How do I know if there has been an arrest warrant at all?

Is there a risk of getting arrested if I fly to London on work?

You mean debt of l4,000 in the UK, I assume, not dues?

No, there won't be an arrest warrant on you unless you pursued fraudulent activity, and then your passport would be flagged. There could be a cross reference with your social ID numbers, I mean, your UK ID number for working in the UK and your social security US, but that is a stretch, but maybe not if they want there money bad enough.

You resolve it by paying the debt.
