I have an old scar next to my left eye that I want to have revised. Can anyone recommend a good plastic surgeon in Rhode Island or one of the surrounding areas (MA, CT). It's really hard to tell if a doctor is good or not from the online reviews.

In Canada we have the College of Physicians and Surgeons whereby they give recommendations if we need a good doctor or specialist. I don't know if you have anything like that in the US but failing that, why not ask your own doctor to refer you to a good plastic surgeon.

There is always the possibility that laser surgery may do the job too, and there are many laser clinics around.

Maybe our Members from the UK, Europe, Australia or New Zealand would know... this is an international site.
