Im 6'1" 186 and a male. Im on probation and am worrying a ton. I get tested at 10 a.m. on tue and might call in to go at a later time and make up an excuse last time I drank was Sunday at 3 a.m. being the latest. I started drinking on Saturday around 1145 p.m. having a sierra Nevada. Then I had one miller high life around 1210 being the latest. Then my next beer wasn't until 1230 with that being a bud light. Then from that point up until 3 a.m. I had a glass of wine, 4 miller fortunes (6.9%), half a bud light, and a mikes hard. Since that day I have consumed plenty of water (about 240 fluid oz.), sweat from working out twice, sweat from working in a kitchen and have been pissing like a race horse. I know I shouldn't have drank at all so please don't tell me that. What I need to know are my chances of coming out clean. If I do make a call in, it could make it a total of 60+ hours. I also have a higher metabolism than the avg. Person. Thanks in advance. The test is most likely EtG
Dr. Bill, I would really appreciate your answer

I also would like to know what effect creatine would have on the test. I read that it would bring out the EtG even more but what if I just drank a bunch of water to keep it diluted

Dr. Bill hasn't been on this site at all in a very long time.
Great... you drank a bunch of water. Maybe you will fail from that (dillution) so you will have to face your drinking problem.
Site rules are you don't get to dictate what or how the answers will be. You agreed to them when you joined.
I thik your odds are good for failing... your attempt at dillution increases the chances of a failure.
And We have another person that thinks they have high or above average metabolism. In all my years on this site, I have not seen one person that thought they have and average or below average metabolism.
What happens if you fail? Or would it be better to say WHEN you fail. Its not IF but WHEN its going to happen.

Drinking water will lower your creatinine and your ETG. As smoothy stated, drinking too much water will result in a "dilute", i.e. creatinine below 20mg/ml. In most cicumstances, a dilute is equivalent to failing.

"I'm on probation and am worrying a ton". Little late for that isn't it? So passing will change your thinking?
