Hi
I have a john a john deere 145 and 2(two) yellow wires that go to the pto switch and the other wire yellow is plugged along side of the 2 wire plug separated by a plastic spacer. When the mower switch is on the plastic between the two plugs gets hot and melts the plastic spacer shutting off the mower clutch and shorts off the pto switch. How do you check what's causing the short ? It is a 8 point plug. I replaced the switch and it shorted out again. Where do the yellow go to?
Thank you
